Our mission is to help organizations improve efficiency through innovative digital solutions while delivering excellent customer service.Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who enjoys meeting customers, understanding their needs, and closing deals. This is a field sales role requiring regular customer visits across Mumbai and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities in Mumbai and nearby regions.Visit potential and existing customers to present the SUSAN platform and related solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and explain value to decision-makers.Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.Close deals and secure purchase orders (POs).Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.Update sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements:3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.Proven ability to meet customers and close deals.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.Comfortable with field visits across Mumbai.Preferred:Experience selling technology platforms / SaaS / digital solutions.Existing network of business contacts in Mumbai.What We Offer:Competitive salary + attractive performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a growing technology platform.Supportive and entrepreneurial work environment.
