Responsibilities will also involve collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes.Responsible for full cycle of recruitment from Sourcing to Closure/Joining of the candidates.Ability to coordinate and execute Interviewing techniques and Hiring strategiesKnowledge of Employer Branding practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyInterest or prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plusCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
