With a strong portfolio and growing client base, we are looking for a dynamic Closing Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in sales as a closer to join our team.Check out the details below and apply if you’re ready to be part of our journey!Key Responsibilities:- Present project features, unit details, pricing, and value propositions confidently to prospective clients. - Take proper handover and detailed discussion notes from the site-visit executive or relationship manager before client interaction. - Stay updated with current inventory, floor plans, pricing structures, schemes, and ongoing offers. - Provide accurate and transparent information during client discussions and negotiations. - Handle client queries, objections, and concerns effectively to move towards closure. - Encourage and guide clients to make booking decisions within defined timelines. - Achieve assigned site-visit and closure targets on a monthly basis. - Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and documentation teams for smooth booking and next-step formalities. - Support clients post-booking until agreement execution and handover to the post-sales team.Requirements:- 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales as a closer/closing manager. - Strong knowledge of property documentation, RERA guidelines, and bank loan processes. - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build client trust. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
