Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor

About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can turn ideas into compelling stories and visuals into real impact. You’ll create high-performing, visually stunning videos from social reels and explainer animations to ads, promos, and branded content—that captivate audiences and drive engagement.If you thrive on creativity, motion design, and performance-driven storytelling, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, storyboard, and produce engaging motion graphics videos, including explainer videos, product demos (where applicable), social reels, ads, and promotional content.Edit raw footage into polished videos with seamless transitions, sound design, color grading, and visual effects.Create strong visual narratives that communicate key messages effectively.Collaborate with the Creative Head, Scriptwriter, and Producer on concepts, moodboards, and feedback iterations.Animate and edit using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (other tools a plus).Deliver videos in optimized formats (vertical, square, landscape) for various platforms like social media, YouTube, websites, and ads.Manage motion templates, brand assets, animation libraries, and post-production workflows.Maintain consistent brand language across assets and experiment creatively to improve video performance.Stay ahead of trends in motion graphics, video editing, and digital storytelling.Requirements2+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or production.Strong portfolio/reel showcasing animation, storytelling, editing, and diverse video work (e.g., social media, ads, explainers).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) / FCPKeen eye for timing, rhythm, composition, color grading, and sound design.Degree in Design, Animation, Film, or related field preferred; self-taught candidates with exceptional portfolios welcome.Ability to thrive independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills.Why join usWork with dynamic, fast-growing brands and projects.Be part of a creative team that pushes boundaries in visual storytelling.Opportunity to lead motion design vision and own projects end-to-end.Fully remote work.Health insurance.Competitive salary (based on experience and portfolio).Flexible, supportive environment for creatives.
