The Loan Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with loan applications, processing loan documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the borrowing experience. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with company policies and lending regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires effective communication to guide customers through the lending process and address any inquiries. QualificationsExperience in Loan Servicing and knowledge of loans-related processesStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfactionProficient Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and making informed decisionsBasic understanding of Finance and lending practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
