Joint Manager - Finance

Position:-Joint Manager – Finance Criteria of Education– CA | CMA – 1st attempt in Final and Inter. Job location:Ambernath (corporate role). Salary:Up to 20-22 LPAProfile Requirements • CA or CMA with 7–8 years experience or minimum 4 to 5 years • Preferably from the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.Act as custodian to critical finance documents of Business. Assist in successful closure of statutory and internal audits and observations. Ensure timely settlement of customer rebates and claims as per approved schemes. Prepare and analyse MIS of various reports. Maintain security deposit of retail customers covering aspects of creation and adjustment. Ensure timely submission of credit insurance claims and their settlement by working with internal and external teams. Ensure accounting of collection of retail business in the system. Ensure credit control effectiveness through robust credit control processes (viz. credit assessments, credit checks, approvals, etc.). Adhere to Company | Business | Function department policies and SOPs (as applicable).Role Structure • Individual Contributor. Core Responsibilities • Budget preparation. • CapEx feasibility & operational evaluation. • Plant finance & taxation. • Monthly GST filing. • Oracle ERP usage.
