Performance marketer

Job title- Performance makreterResponsibilities:- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including PPC, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.- Collaborate on defining campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.- Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta / Facebook, linkedin and Bing Ads for traffic, leads, and conversions.- Implement display advertising campaigns and utilize retargeting strategies across relevant ad networks.- Analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance through A/B testing and landing page experiments.- Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend based on ROI and ROAS targets.Qualifications:~Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.~Proven experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI/ROAS.~Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.~Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.~Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and other digital marketing analytics tools is a plus.Location : Bhopal
