We are looking for highly motivated cybersecurity sales professionals who can drive business growth by promoting Shieldbyte Infosec’s cybersecurity consulting services, audit engagements, and security solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, IT services, risk & compliance consulting, or SaaS platforms, with the ability to engage with CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, Risk Officers, and Compliance Leaders.Key Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in India for a Manager / Senior Manager – Cybersecurity Services Sales. The role involves leading sales efforts for cybersecurity services, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and participating in the creation and execution of strategic sales plans. This includes conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure client needs are met effectively.Drive end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.Promote cybersecurity services, including VAPT, Cybersecurity Audits, ISO Certifications, Compliance Consulting, and Managed Security Services.Develop strong relationships with CISOs, IT Heads, Risk & Compliance leaders, and procurement teams.Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations for cybersecurity solutions.Identify opportunities in regulated sectors, including Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, Stockbrokers, IT, Healthcare, and Government organizations.Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and tender documentation.Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, proofs-of-concept, and delivery alignment.Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, channel partners, and consulting firms.Track cybersecurity market trends, compliance regulations, and competitive offerings.QualificationsStrong Expertise in Strong B2B enterprise sales skills and sales processes, client relationship management, and business development strategiesKnowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and information security solutionsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and the ability to engage with CISO, CXO level stakeholdersAbility to identify and pursue business opportunities in the cybersecurity domainExperience in preparing and leading sales pitches and proposalsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectivesFamiliarity with industry trends, compliance standards, and emerging cyber threatsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plusPrior experience in cybersecurity sales or consulting is highly desirable • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
