IAM/Powershell Engineer

Overview:Client is cloning the existing IDM environment from Company A to Company B - is there are a lot of automated IAM processes that are being handled by a variety of technologies outside of MIM. Need someone who can Engineer in at least some of these areas, if not all. Requirements:1. Must have PowerShell scripting SME to automate a variety of IAM processes like: { Candidate must have real development experience, not just operational use of scripts.}o password expiration reminderso automated DL {distribution list} generationo managing M365 license assignments for user accounts/logic o managing users for password syncing across domainso transferring files to and from sFTP solutions for processingo automated offboarding of privileged accountso privileged access reviews/offboarding 2. Solid understanding of SQL Server databases, tables, and views used to store current and historical data used as the source of truth for downstream automated processes. Examples of data stored here is HCM, identity lifecycle events (historical offboarding), automated distribution lists, and a few other utilities. { Need someone who has ability to read and understand SQL tables that drive automated IAM flows (HCM data, offboarding history, automated DL metadata). Also must have ability to write SELECT/UPDATE queries to support identity processing. 3. Create Basic .NET code that they only change the variables / configuration parameters on and recompile. Company has some basic .NET code to support a few utilities processes like sending manager notifications when a new employee account is created, building downstream user data feeds to other applications that manually manage accounts for their application. { What is important is they understand what these processes do and can potentially help support them as a part of a team effort if required.}
