Informatica Project ManagerLead full lifecycle implementation of Informatica Harmony 360 (Product 360). Primarily responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders. Ensure delivery across data modeling, data governance, integration, and analytics within an Agile framework.Location: RemoteStart date: FebruaryDuration: 6 months + extensionsWorkload: 40 hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesLead setup and delivery of Harmony 360 / Product 360 / Customer 360 implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and support.Plan project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and risk/issue logs; communicate status updates to sponsors and leadership.Coordinate cross-functional teams: architects, data modelers, data stewards, developers, QAs ensuring alignment with business goals.Supervise configuration: import/export, hierarchy setup, plugin customization, API/web services, and integration (IDQ, ActiveVOS).Manage Agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and KPIs, SLAs, dashboards.Oversee data flows, quality, governance, taxonomy, and hierarchy management with data stewards and content managers.Deliver stakeholder reporting, issue/escalation logs, and mitigation plans.Mentor junior PMs, analysts, technical leads as needed.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of project management experience5+ years in Informatica MDM or Harmony 360 P360/Product 360/Customer 360.Hands-on understanding of Informatica MDM components: P360 architecture, configuration, plugin customization, web services, import/export, data modellingExpertise in Informatica IDMC Cloud (IICS), IDQ, Data Governance tools (EDC, Axon, CDQ).Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Confluence, MS Project.Excellent stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and people leadership skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities—business-to-technical translationCertifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master preferred
