Warehouse Executive

Role Purpose -To ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations by managing inbound, storage, and outbound activities in line with company policies and customer requirements. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to safety and compliance standards, optimizing warehouse space utilization, and supporting seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. Must be from Logistics background KRA - Inbound Operations Ensure timely unloading, verification, and put-away of goods as per SOPs. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and procurement for smooth inward flow. Inventory Management Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations. Monitor storage, shelf-life, and FIFO/FEFO adherence. Outbound Operations Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods as per customer and business requirements. Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to achieve on-time deliveries. Compliance & Safety Adhere to warehouse safety standards, security protocols, and statutory requirements. Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and compliance. Process Improvement & Reporting Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (inbound, outbound, stock levels, damages, etc.). Team & Coordination Support warehouse staff and ensure task completion as per operational priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Transport).
