To learn more, visit .Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Generative AI Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced AI and Large Language Model (LLM)–based solutions.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for defining our AI solutions roadmap, architecting scalable GenAI systems, and ensuring robust execution from concept to production deployment.The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Generative AI with strong architectural vision and stakeholder leadership.Architecture & Solution Design:Design end-to-end architectures for Python-driven Generative AI and LLM solutions.Define reusable Python frameworks for prompt management, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and evaluation.Ensure architectural alignment with scalability, security, and governance standards.Lead solution development using Python-centric AI stacks, from design through production deployment.Guide engineering teams on best practices for Python-based GenAI development.Ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready AI solutions.Implement governance, safety controls, and evaluation frameworks using Python-based tooling.Monitor performance, quality, and reliability of deployed GenAI systems.Mentoring & Best Practices:Mentor engineers and data scientists on Python, GenAI architecture, and LLM integration patterns.Conduct code and design reviews to ensure maintainability and quality.Evaluate and adopt new frameworks, tools, and methodologies where relevant.Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable, impactful solutions.Communicate effectively across stakeholders to align technical and business objectives.What We’re Looking For:15–18 years of experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.Deep hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI).Experience with knowledge base creation, context engineering, embeddings, and semantic search.Strong track record of AI-driven automation and intelligent product innovation.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
