Human Resources Manager

We are a fast-growing eCommerce & manufacturing company in the gardening space with 80+ employees across office and factory teams. We are hiring adedicated in-house HR professionalto manage compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. This is afull-time, office-based role in Narsinghpur . Responsibilities ManagePF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance . Handleemployee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions . Leadrecruitment and onboardingfor office staff and factory/warehouse workers. Maintainattendance and leave systems . Support and implementHR policies . Conducttraining sessions and employee engagement activities . Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required;MBA/PGDM in HR preferred . 3–5 years of experienceas HR Generalist/HR Officer. Experience managing bothwhite- and blue-collar employees . Strong knowledge ofIndian labor laws and statutory filings . Good communication skills inHindi & English . Willing to work full-time fromNarsinghpur . Preferred Skills Familiarity withHRMS/attendance/payroll software . Experience inmanufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or eCommerce . Strong conflict resolution and people-management skills.
