TradeZero’s innovative features and capabilities for stock shorting accommodate all types of retail traders, especially the active trader.Our customers choose us for our suite of advanced desktop, web-based and mobile trading platforms, professional-grade market access, sophisticated trading tools and our 24x7 live customer service.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and skilled CSA to join our growing team:- Responding to inquiries or complaints about services/Products. - Ensures timely receipt, from the appropriate sources, of information, raw material, and other inputs needed to successfully execute clients' services. - 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills. - It is important to have functional testing skills since we also have our trading system and software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with individuals in dispersed locations.What are some skills to make you stand out?- Experience with trading strategies for securities, options, and trading platforms. - Experience working with banks, brokers, or other financial institutions.
