Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Articles/ Paid Assistant- Audit/ CA Fresher based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves supporting audit processes, preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with financial reporting, and contributing to auditing assignments. Collaboration with team members on various finance and compliance tasks will also be a key aspect of the role. QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to understand complex financial data and identify trendsEffective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clientsKnowledge of Finance principles and proficiency in assessing financial operationsUnderstanding of Financial Statements and the ability to interpret and prepare reportsBasic understanding and interest in Auditing principles and practicesGood organizational and time management skillsA Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field; a recent CA qualification or undergoing CA articleship will be an added advantage
