Our mission is to provide high-quality dental care to our patients and ensure their overall health and satisfacRole Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Dentist(Non clinical) as patient engagement manager located in Bhiwani. Key Responsibilities1. Patient Experience & SatisfactionAct as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth onboarding, consultation flow, and follow-ups.Conduct regular patient feedback surveys (in-person, telephonic, or digital) and track satisfaction metrics, reviews, complaints).Resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly and empathetically.Ensure a welcoming, empathetic, and professional atmosphere in the clinic.2. Communication & EngagementDesign and execute patient engagement programs (reminders, educational campaigns, newsletters, wellness calls).Oversee pre- and post-treatment communication (appointment reminders, treatment instructions, post-op follow-up, recalls).Manage patient communities/WhatsApp groups/social media engagement for awareness and loyalty.Coordinate with the marketing team for patient-centered campaigns.3. Retention & LoyaltyDevelop and manage patient loyalty programs, referral programs, and memberships.Track patient return visits, follow-up compliance, and treatment plan acceptance rates.Identify patients lost to follow-up and initiate reactivation strategies.4. Data & AnalyticsMaintain patient engagement dashboards (appointments, cancellations, drop-offs, treatment acceptance).Provide regular reports to management on patient engagement KPIs.5. Collaboration with Clinic TeamsWork closely with Reception, Telecalling, Doctors, and Marketing Teams to ensure consistent patient messaging.Qualifications Excellent managerial skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and reassure patients. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery or equivalent, with a valid dental license Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous
