Job Description:
Role Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the coordination of all aspects of assigned projects to meet and exceed customer expectations. Understands the programmatic approach (including global) and possesses the ability to build program structure. The candidate will be required to work from Bhiwandi in a hybrid mode.Job Responsibilities:Acts as Single-Point-of Contact (SPoC) for a project and be accountable for optimal customer satisfactionDocuments and manages project scope, goals, timelines/milestones, budgets, and specific deliverables while keeping project teams highly engaged, motivated, and accountableIdentifies and manages project risks, issues, action items, change requests and decisions including mitigation approaches and contingency plansCreates and manages project(s) status reports for deliverables and milestones for completenessEnsures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDevelops a detailed project plan to track progressIdentifies and leads internal resources for predictive resultsInteracts with Program customers and vendors if neededManages financials, metrics, service level agreements and key performance indicatorsRequired Qualifications:5 to 7 years of total experience and a minimum of 3 years project and/or program management experiencePrevious experience in a customer facing rolePrevious experience working in a supply chain environment would be an added advantageExcellent understanding of financial processes with the ability to create pro forma, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change.Excellent understanding of the contract process with the ability to manage contract modifications, control the impact to a program, and take the lead for negotiations on contract scope, cost and schedule.Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelinesProficiency in working with project management software, i.e.: MS Project
