Do you thrive in emerging environments where innovation meets agility? We’re seeking a creative and commercially astute Perfumer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in fine fragrance development and cross-category formulation (personal care, home care, etc.), who can adapt and lead in fast-evolving markets. What You’ll Do:Develop and refine fragrance compositions for fine perfumes and cross-category products. Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to align fragrance creation with brand vision and market trends. Lead olfactive innovation in emerging markets and respond to evolving consumer preferences. Translate creative briefs into winning fragrance concepts with commercial impact. ✅ What We’re Looking For:Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Perfumer in fine fragrance and/or cross-category segments. Strong portfolio showcasing successful launches and market impact. Deep understanding of raw materials, formulation techniques, and regulatory standards. Ability to work in agile, entrepreneurial environments with a growth mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
