Department: Electrical MaintenanceLocation: Bhilwara, RajasthanIndustry Preference: Steel and Power Sector, Blast Furnace (BF), Steel Melting Shop (SMS), Power Plants, Beneficiation Plants, and Main Power Substations Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience: At least 10 years of electrical maintenance experience, specifically within Steel and Power industry operations. Roles and Responsibilities Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment. Handle day-to-day maintenance and operations of HT/LT electrical systems, including: Power systems, HT relays (OCP/Differential), VCB (ABB), SF6 (CG) PCC, MCC, APFC Panels 11 KV HT / LT Motors (up to 2.8 KVA) Transformers (min. 8 MVA capacity), NGR, NIFS control systems Power and control logics, PFPC, VVFD systems Metering systems, CT & PT configurations PLC-based automation and weighing systems Electrical machinery and overhead cranes Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PMI) and attend Breakdown Maintenance (BD) with accurate documentation and shift-wise reporting. Monitor and maintain HT relays from ABB, Areva, and Micon. Manage both shift operations and general shift maintenance activities. Support the installation, commissioning, and upgradation of electrical equipment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective plant operations and project execution. Other Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, relay circuits, equipment manuals, and technical procedures. Working proficiency in SAP, IMS, and basic computer operations (Excel, Word, etc.).
