Renewable Energy is the fastest growing segment worldwide, with India at Rank-3 in the World...!The Wind and Solar resource rich India’s current capacity built over 35 years is scheduled to reach 3 multiples over the next 5 years thus opening avenues for grand & green careers.About the RoleA proven individual with experience in leading the Operation & Maintenance Services of a wind farm with a minimum 30 MW capacity. Proven leadership, problem-solving approach, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Experience in DFIG technology wind turbine’s O&M preferably on Inox, Suzlon, Gamesa & Vestas.Responsibilities- To lead routine O&M activities. - Operate and maintain wind farm site for improvement in productivity. - Release of site performance report on monthly basis. - Achieve committed productivity and machine availability targets. - Keep documents as per ISO requirements. - Periodic Interaction and communication with customer including Reporting. - Ensure good HSE practices within wind farm site. - Ensure spares stocks in stores for preventive and breakdown maintenance. - Ensure availability of PPEs and tools for proper execution of PM and BM activities. - Ensure real time monitoring of wind farm via SCADA. - Ensure on time booking of service orders and materials in ERP. - Facilitate customer audits and visits to wind farm sites. - Ensure discipline and decorum at sites.QualificationsDegree/Diploma from renowned university / college in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics Engineering with min 10 years / max 15 years of operational experience in a large size industry involved in operations of Wind turbines preferably with OEM / IPP.Working conditionsThe work location is at Dangri, Fatehgarh, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience and will match the best in the industry.
