Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities- Solar Ground Mounted sites with a capacity of 2 GW. - Responsible for Plant performance and identifying the reason for low-performing sites. - Responsible for performance monitoring and breakdown monitorin - Identify low-performing inverters and SCBs regularly and share with site teams for on-ground - inspection and corrective action. - Prepare MIS Reports as per management requirements (Daily, MTD and YTD). - Calculate the generation losses due to clipping, temperature, Inverter derating, Over Injection of - Reactive Power. - Calculation of Inverter Efficiency. - Calculation of Clipping and throttling losses. - Calculation of Soiling Losses and Shadow Losses. - Tracking of Drone Thermography observation points and closing on priority. - Responsible for the robot operation (From Installation to operational) for 4000+ Robots. - Tracking Module Cleaning & Vegetation with the help of Drone Inspection. - Regular Training given to site teams on DGR, and CMS. - Design Portal for DGR automation and check Plant Performance summary at the portfolio Level. - Conduct new initiatives for Digitization (Auto DGR, PM Dashboard, CMS Dashboard)..Required Skills & Competencies- Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret technical data and performance metrics. - Renewable energy knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems, grid integration, and energy markets. - Software proficiency: Experience with monitoring platforms, SCADA systems, and data visualization tools. - Communication: Ability to prepare clear reports and present findings to stakeholders. - Problem-solving: Aptitude for diagnosing issues and proposing effective solutions.Typical Outcomes- Maximized energy output through proactive monitoring and optimization. - Improved asset profitability by aligning technical performance with financial targets. - Reduced downtime via early detection of system faults. - Accurate forecasting that supports strategic planning and grid reliability.Qualification: B.E/ B.
