Role PuposeTo manage smooth and efficient working of NPAU Subassembly so as to ensure customer satisfaction through Quality, Cost, Delivery and Value initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities-To monitor & implement SOPs and legal compliance for safety so as to build safe working environment by ensuring adherence to safety norms.-Implementation of ISO 14000 environment std & OHSAS.-Ensure customer Service Level Agreements are adhered and surpassed-Relationship Building-Feasibility review & ensuring the development time line as per Customer development plan-Ensure location profitability as per the annual budget and MTP norms-Ensure Overall Eqipment Efficiency as per budget-Ensure DIFOT as per the customer SLA-Ensure New Model Development as per plan-Ensure Manpower Productivity as per budget-Implementation of projects-IT Enablement-TQM & TPM Implementation in letter and spirit-Policy Deployment & Performance Management system-Succession plan & career plan-Corporate Social Responsibility-Ensure Plant Discipline -Harmonious Industrial Relations-Coordination with External Agencies for Product Homologation activities (National / International)-Ensuring timely homologation product certification for Unit level-Ensuring implementation & maintenance of product homologation required system for Unit Level.-To co-ordinate with NMD team, Production team and the external homologation agency for testing the samples for homologation and getting the certificate as per the target date-Keeping track of upgraded Quality Systems, and ensure smooth implementation of the same in the organization-Ensuring timely COP Audits ( Indian Product Homologation) for Unit level-AGC Plant (India Product Homologation Requirement) - Support for FTR (First Time Right)KRAs to handleCompliance to safety, environmental & Govt norms, Customer Service, Cost, Efficiency, Culture Building, Unit Level - Product Homologation (Government Approval) Certification & System implementationRole Requirement13-17 years of total experienceB.Tech./B.E. Mechanical (must have)/any PGDM in Operation or Manufacturing (can have)Core Autocomponent manufacturing background
