Location:Prānaa – Centre of Excellence in Regenerative Medicine, RaipurReports To:Operations Head / Medical DirectorAbout Prānaa Prānaa is Central India’s first integrative centre for Regenerative Medicine, Longevity and Advanced Wellness. We combine diagnostics, evidence-based therapies, energy-based devices, nutraceutical protocols, and lifestyle medicine under medical supervision. We are building a high-trust, premium, technology-enabled healing space — not a conventional clinic or spa.Role Overview We are looking for a senior, experienced wellness therapistwith strong patient handling skills and exposure to medical-grade face/body therapies. This role combines: Clinical support Therapy execution Patient experience management Space & device oversight Operational discipline The candidate must be comfortable working alongside doctors and medical experts and must be open to learning regenerative and new-age medical protocols.⚕️Core Responsibilities 1️⃣Patient Interaction & Handling Conduct patient intake preparation before therapies Prepare patients for face/body energy-based procedures Explain therapy flow under supervision of doctors Maintain calm, premium, reassuring patient experience Monitor patients during sessions and report clinical observations Assist in post-treatment follow-up documentation Handle high-value / HNI clients with professionalism2️⃣Therapy Execution (Under Medical Supervision) Operate and assist in: Radio Frequency (RF) HIFU Body contouring devices Facial anti-aging procedures (non-invasive) Responsibilities include: Pre-session device preparation Parameter setting as per SOP Hygiene & sterilization Contraindication checklist verification Session documentation in digital system ⚠️ All advanced clinical procedures will be doctor-led. This role supports execution and operational delivery.3️⃣Clinical SOP & Compliance Discipline Follow treatment-specific SOPs strictly Maintain daily device calibration logs Ensure consent forms are completed Maintain hygiene checklists Track consumables & stock usage Escalate clinical concerns immediately4️⃣Space & Facility Management Ensure therapy rooms are prepared before clinic hours Maintain premium ambience and cleanliness Coordinate with housekeeping Oversee device care & maintenance schedules Assist in managing treatment room scheduling5️⃣Growth & Learning Orientation We expect the candidate to: Learn regenerative medicine concepts Understand stem cell, PRP, IV nutraceutical support workflows Attend internal training sessions Stay updated on longevity and anti-aging practices Adapt to digital documentation systemsIdeal Candidate Profile Experience 5+ years experience in: Dermatology clinic Aesthetic centre Premium wellness clinic Medical spa (clinical setting preferred) Must-Have Skills Strong patient handling Experience with medical-grade aesthetic devices Understanding of hygiene & sterilization standards Ability to manage space independently Comfort working in a structured medical environment Preferred Background in cosmetology / physiotherapy / clinical aesthetics Exposure to anti-aging therapies Experience with high-end clientele Basic digital literacyPersonality Fit (Very Important for Prānaa) We need someone who is: Calm and emotionally intelligent Disciplined and process-oriented Not casual about hygiene or compliance Curious about longevity and science Comfortable with premium positioning Loyal and long-term oriented⏰ Working Hours 11 AM – 7 PM Monday – Saturday (Weekend operations as per management decision)Compensation Competitive fixed salary (based on experience) Performance-linked incentives (therapy volume & patient satisfaction) Long-term growth potential as Prānaa scales
