Advertising is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and performance analytics. This role requires someone who can not only manage campaigns but also collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and scalable growth strategies for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, and other relevant advertising platforms.Develop performance-driven digital strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and brand growth.Manage and monitor ad budgets while ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI and measurable results.Conduct in-depth audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to optimise campaign performance.Continuously analyse campaign data and optimise targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements.Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video production teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.Communicate campaign strategies, insights, and performance reports clearly to internal teams and clients.Track key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to improve campaign outcomes.Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new advertising tools to maintain campaign efficiency.Manage multiple client campaigns across industries while ensuring deadlines and performance targets are met.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing at a digital marketing or advertising agency.Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.Deep understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, funnel optimisation, and conversion tracking.Experience working with creative teams and production teams to develop effective ad creatives.Ability to clearly communicate campaign strategies and performance insights to internal teams and clients.Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision making.Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands and industries.A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work with diverse brands and industries across India.A fast-growing creative and performance-focused agency environment.Exposure to large-scale campaigns and high-impact marketing projects.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.Competitive salary based on experience.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or send their CV and portfolio to
