Oracle Specialist

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Utilities WAM & Primavera/Unifier Consultant with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle’s project and asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management, Oracle Primavera Cloud, and Oracle Unifier Cloud, along with proven expertise in managing end-to-end solution delivery for large-scale enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM) modules.Lead solutioning, integration, and customization across Oracle Primavera Cloud and Unifier Cloud platforms.Manage lifecycle processes including asset planning, maintenance, project scheduling, and execution tracking.Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and prepare functional documentation.Handle system configurations, interface management, and application enhancements.Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices, performance optimization, and system security standards.Provide user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support during project execution and post go-live phases.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Utilities or Project Portfolio Management ecosystem.Strong hands-on experience with:Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM)Oracle Primavera CloudOracle Unifier CloudKnowledge of asset lifecycle, maintenance management, and project planning processes.Understanding of integration between Primavera, Unifier, and Oracle ERP or Fusion applications.Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and client interaction.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Good to Have:Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or related middleware tools.Prior work in Utilities or Public Sector domain implementations.Oracle Certifications in Primavera or Unifier are a plus.
