The ideal candidatewill have hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, dataengineering, and data visualization, coupled with the ability to translate complexbusiness problems into analytical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and analyticalsolutions using AWS cloud services.Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory dataanalysis (EDA) on large, complex datasets.Build predictive and prescriptive models using Python and relevant MLlibraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensureseamless data pipelines and actionable insights. Implement and automate model training, validation, and deploymentworkflows using AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, andStep Functions.Evaluate model performance and optimize for accuracy, scalability, andinterpretability. Communicate analytical findings effectively through dashboards,visualizations, and presentations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, orQuickSight. Stay current with emerging AI/ML and AWS technologies and recommendimprovements to existing systems.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics,Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. 5–8 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, oradvanced analytics. Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)and SQL. Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as:o SageMaker, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, S3, Athena, and EC2. Solid understanding of data modeling, data preprocessing, and statisticalanalysis techniques. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for ML modeldeployment. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills: Experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWSSageMaker Pipelines). Familiarity with NLP, time-series forecasting, or computer vision. Exposure to data visualization tools like QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong business acumen.
