We’re seeking someone who enjoys sourcing, coordinating, and working closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment. About the Role As a Technical Recruiter (Client Facing), you will be meeting IT managers who are managing SOW IT projects. Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely hiring for various positions across the organization. Travel involved across the country for client meeting. ResponsibilitiesTechnical understanding for IT rolesSource candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and social platformsPost and manage job openings across hiring platformsScreen resumes and shortlist suitable candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersMaintain candidate trackers, dashboards, and recruitment databasesSupport onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination tasksEnsure timely updates and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Technical Recruiter recruiter, client engagement for SOW project & other IT opBTech in Computer ScienceStrong expertise in understanding cloud infrastructure, application & product development, tools and technologies Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and end-to-end recruitment workflowsStrong coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel (trackers/reporting) Preferred Skills:Passion for Talent Acquisition and hiring excellenceEqual Opportunity Statement.
