German speaking L2 support engineer

Job Title: Remote Technical Support Engineer (German Speaking)Location: Remote (Working hours: German Business Hours – 8 AM to 5 PM CET / 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST)Experience: 2-3 YearsWork Mode: Full timeJob Description -C1-level proficiency in German (spoken and written).Good Business English skills (spoken and written).2-3 years of experience in Remote technical support roles (L1/L2 preferred).Experience with remote technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devicesGood understanding of Windows operating systems, MS Office suite, basic networking, and common business applications.Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.Experience supporting enterprise clients or working in a multilingual, multicultural environment will be an advantageMSA/SOW Status: Confirm whether the Master Service Agreement & Statement of Work has been signed with the customerMSA SignedComplete Site AddressWe will share it shortlyService Hours / Shift TimingsGerman Business hours ( 8 Am to 5 PM -CET) ( 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST)
