Employment Type: Contract-4MonthsJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled UKG BIRT Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining reports using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) within the UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management ecosystem. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and performance-optimized reporting solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and deploy BIRT reports for UKG Workforce Management modules.Work on UKG modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, and Payroll interfaces.Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business and functional stakeholders.Develop complex SQL queries to extract data from UKG databases.Customize existing reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.Ensure data accuracy, report performance, and adherence to reporting standards.Support report migration, upgrades, and enhancements during UKG version updates.Troubleshoot report-related issues and provide ongoing production support.Create documentation for report logic, layouts, and data sources.Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and end users.Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos) BIRT Reporting.Proficiency in BIRT Designer, report layouts, scripting, and parameters.Solid experience in SQL and relational databases.Good understanding of UKG Workforce Management data models.Experience working with Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, or Attendance modules.Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
