Annual Spend 300Crs.KEY DRIVERS :Spearhead Buying strategy & managing Sourcing/Procurement for for multiple manufacturing units with an annual spend of 300Crs INR.Achieve cost savings by exploring localized sourcing.Developing new vendors for better Quality, Prices, Terms & conditons to overcome imports reliability on single supplier. Regular Vendor Evaluation and rationalization including cost negotiation on the basis of Cost modeling,Terms & Conditions for a healthy competitive environment for vendors.Expand supplier base by on-boarding new vendors, reducing supply risk and shortening lead times DESIRED INCUMBENTB.
