Name of the Company: Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem limited Position: Executive/Sr. Executive-Pilot Plant Role Purpose To support the day-to-day operations of a pilot plant, ensuring the smooth execution of processes, adherence to safety and quality standards, and contributing to the scale-up of new products and processes Role Reports to :Senior Manager-Pilot Plant Location: Dahej Qualification : B.E/B.Tech In chemical Engineering Years of experience: 7 to 10 years Focus Area:  Interaction with R&D department for new product development  Equipment mapping for kilo lab and kilo lab to pilot plant.  Responsible for preparing BPCR,PCOCR  Responsible for lab demonstration in R&D  Study of new product in R&D and plan batch in pilot scale  Planning for raw materials for batch trial.  Enquiry floating of equipment and technical clearance of equipment.  Responsible for scale up activities of new projects as well as cost reduction of product and waste reduction.  Able to lead subordinate technology transfer process engineer team  Planning and resource management for continuously pilot plant operation.  Equipment selection, Process mapping, Time cycle calculation, Volume calculations for new product.  Responsible for material balance and energy balance of product.  Utility calculation, hydraulic calculation and cost estimation of new products  Identify and analyze bottlenecks, implement best practice and continuous improvement for process optimization.  Optimize resource utilization, reduce waste for process efficiency.  Capacity calculation capacity enhancement for any new or existing products.  Plant development, Plant validation batches report preparation.  Detailed workout for equipment modification along with detailed job list & PFD for scale up purpose.KSA(Knowledge Skill Attributes)  Knowledge of SAP System.  Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.  Leadership Skills Preferences  Staying in Bharuch Location & Working in Dahej  Must ready to stay with family Bharuch & Ankleshwar Location  Early joining within a month To know more about Tatva Chintan kindly click below link: Our website On linkedin td/mycompany/?viewAsMember=true On yotube
