Job DetailsThe Plant Manager leads end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, safety, maintenance, compliance, and workforce management (200+ staff). Responsible for meeting production targets, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement, the role drives process optimisation, lean initiatives, and new product scale-up while ensuring 100% compliance with labour, safety, environmental, and corporate policies.Key responsibilities include:Operations Process Engineering – optimise production, reduce costs, ensure timely delivery.Quality Compliance – oversee QA/QC, implement corrective actions, and maintain regulatory standards.Continuous Improvement Lean – drive efficiency, waste reduction, Kaizen, Six Sigma.Safety Maintenance – Enforce a safety-first culture, implement preventive/predictive maintenance, and minimise downtime.People Leadership – lead, coach, and develop a 200-member workforce to achieve targets and build high morale.Candidate Profile:Qualifications: B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer, Masters preferred; 15–20 years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Strong background in adhesives, polymers, or printing technologies. Must demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving, lean/TPM expertise, and people leadership.The position is expected to be filled within the next four weeks.
