Job DescriptionName of the Company : Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem limited Position : Executive/Sr. Executive - EHS Role Purpose To ensure a company's compliance with EHS regulations, promoting a safe workplace, and minimizing environmental impact. Role Reports to : Head -EHS Location : Dahej Qualification :B.Tech/B.E Chemical Engineering/ M.Sc. Chemistry +PDIS/ADIS Years of experience : 5-10 Years Focus Area: ➢To Investigate incidents/accidents & implement actions to prevent a recurrence wherever possible. ➢To be Responsible for EHS implementation and spread awareness of it. ➢To be Responsible for implementation of HIRA and aspect impact. ➢To be Responsible for documentation of Analytical method, specification and Certificate of Analysis & SOP. ➢To ensure Company/ Contract employee working under safety norms. ➢To carry our safety induction training and screening for new joiners. ➢To identify the unsafe condition and report to concerned for rectification and to follow up for its implementation. Suggest improvement/modification in existing working habits or working system.. ➢To Handle safety work permit system at plant and monitor safe handling of job till completion. ➢To Handle Near miss, Dangerous occurrences, Fire incidence, First Aid cases etc ➢To ensure implementation of PPES at plant and getting involved in procurement of different types of PPES.. ➢To check process equipment’s during DQ, IQ, OQ. ➢To prepare and maintain all kinds of reports such as on site emergency plant, Mock drill, HAZOP, daily /monthly safety reports, SOP preparation, etc. ➢To celebrate Safety week, Tree plantation, Environment day, CSR activities. ➢To organize mock drill and rectification of lacuna comes from it. ➢To to responsible for Risk Assessment, PSSR, HAZOP, HAZARD Identification, HIRA, Emergencey response plan (On Site), Process Safety, Chemical Safety, Compatibility. ➢To co-ordinate the Audit ISO 45001, Customer audit etc. KSA(Knowledge Skill Attributes) Accident/ Incident Investigation Knowledge of safety regulations Risk Management Safety Training Hazards Analysis Fire Safety Safety audits Process Safety Risk Assessment & Identification HIRA SAP Preferences Staying in Bharuch Location & Working in Dahej Must ready to stay with family Bharuch & Ankleshwar Location Early joining within a month To know more about Tatva Chintan kindly click below link: Our website On linkedin td/mycompany/?viewAsMember=true On yotube
