Sales Service Engineer

Qualification:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical). - Atleast 1 – 5 years’ Experience in the sales and service industries for products like Mechanical Seals, Pumps, AMKR, or any other rotating equipment. -- Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. - Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. - Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job Responsibilities:1.Business development and brand promotion.2.Regular visits to industries, with a willingness to travel locally using their own vehicle.3.Customer onboarding and vendor registration activity.4.Sales and service reporting, installation and maintenance of Mechanical Seals.5.Market research and product feedback, providing on-site support and generate spare parts business.Skills:·Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical seals.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·Verbal Communication
