Job DescriptionWe’re Social Brew Toronto, an AI content agency helping entrepreneurs with digital businesses build personal brands without ever recording a single video.We’re looking for a sharp, strategic scriptwriter to join our creative team and help bring our clients’ stories and ideas to life in 60 seconds or less.What You’ll Be Doing1. Writing 20-25 short-form video scripts/week (30–90 sec) based on research, raw ideas, or interview transcripts2. Writing scripts that are hook-driven, insight-packed, and audience-relevant, made to stop the scroll3. Writing in our clients’ authentic voice using tone references, transcripts, and voice models4. Working closely with our founder and editors to align scripts with performance and brand positioning5. Brainstorming new content ideas and angles that reflect trends, virality, and niche-specific pain pointsYou’re a great fit if you:1. Are a writer who knows how to retain audience's retention for 60s2. Understand content psychology, especially how to hook, build tension, and create curiosity loops3. Have experience writing for personal brands, creators, coaches, or B2B service providers4. Are comfortable ghostwriting in someone else’s voice (we’ll help you dial it in)5. Can translate complex ideas into clear, sharp, TikTok/Instagram-friendly conversational language6. Are organized, deadline-driven, and excited to work with a fast-growing teamBonus if you:1. Have experience with short-form content & produced results (Scaled a personal brand from 0 to X)2. Have worked with AI or short-form video creation before3. Can think in frameworks, analogies, and hook the audience using 3-act structures4.
