This is a part-time role requiring close collaboration with the founder, designer, and product team. You'll write copy, design social assets, and manage community engagement across platforms. You'll work alongside the founder and brand team to understand how design, messaging, and product strategy converge. You'll own the narrative and aesthetics that draw early communities and shape how KanchenJ is perceived at launch.Duration: From now till the end of 2026. Option to convert to full-time post launch. Commitment: Hours start at 10–12 per week, ramping to 15–20 as we approach the June 2026 launch. Weekly strategy syncs throughout. This ramp lets you build context without overcommitting early, and gives us time to validate fit before intensity increases. Scope/momentum continues post-launch. Compensation: Negotiated based on experience. Possibility of a full-time offer post-launch if a strong fit, with equity, performance bonuses, and calibrated compensation post-fundraise.
