This role combines hands-on expertise in GTS with strong problem-solving and communication skills, working across global teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Assist in theupgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANAand ensure a smooth transition. Provideongoing supportfor live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis. Collaborate inworkshopsto prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs. Supportend-to-end testing activities , including test preparation, execution, and validation. Maintain and updateproject documentation , including roles, reports, and training materials. Communicate effectively withProject Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders .What We’re Looking For Proven experience as anSAP GTS Consultant(experience withSAP GTS 4 HANAhighly valued). Strong understanding ofincident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes . Ability to work incross-functional, international teams .
