Given our decade of success, we have evolved to become one of the top trusted providers in Singapore and service a client base across banking and financial services, insurance, information technology, healthcare, retail and supply chain.About the Role:Role OverviewThe SF Payroll Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting payroll processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, business rules, and best practices. The role requires hands-on expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll / Employee Central Payroll implementations.Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing in Singapore and other APAC/EMEA regions is a plus.Hands-on expertise in Payroll Configuration, Payroll Rules, Workflows, and Reporting within SF Payroll.Experience with integration of Payroll with Finance and HR systems.Strong understanding of statutory compliance and local payroll laws.Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues and provide practical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SuccessFactors Payroll implementations, configurations, and upgrades for complex environments.Provide end-to-end payroll solutions, including setup, validation, and process optimization.Collaborate with HRIS, HR, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration with Employee Central, Time Management, and other systems.Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations (Singapore / regional) and internal policies.Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure payroll accuracy.Prepare documentation, workflows, and training materials for end-users.Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities.Mentor and guide junior payroll consultants in process and technical configurations.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
