The position requires strong recruitment skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, andgood verbal and written English communication .Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment forUS IT requirements • Understand and analyze job requirements received from US clients • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews • Assess candidates’ technical fit, availability, andEnglish communication skills • Coordinate interviews between candidates, account managers, and clients • Work onW2, and C2Chiring models • Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and candidate documentation • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle • Ensure compliance with US staffing processes • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications •Good verbal and written English communication – mandatory • Undergraduates / Graduation in any discipline • Freshers or 0–1 year experience in recruitment, sales, or voice process • Willingness to work inUS shift (Night Only) • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills • Ability to work in a target-driven environmentPreferred (Good to Have) • Basic knowledge ofUS IT technologies and roles • Understanding ofUS visa types(H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilderWhat We Offer • Structured training on US IT recruitment • Career growth opportunities in the US staffing domain • Performance-based incentives • Exposure to US clients and global hiring practices • Professional and supportive work environment
