The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage site engineers and labor teams, ensure quality control, and travel as needed for large-scale projects. Strong communication skills in English, along with hands-on knowledge of construction techniques, project scheduling, and resource planning, are essential.Key Responsibilities : ·Lead and manage on-site civil engineering projects ·Supervise site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors ·Ensure compliance with project timelines, drawings, and safety standards ·Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams ·Prepare and review progress reports and quality checks ·Travel across India for major project supervision as requiredKey Requirements: ·Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering ·5+ years of experience in civil project execution ·Strong team management, labor coordination, and leadership skills ·Proficient in project planning tools, Excel and MS Office ·Excellent English communication (verbal & written) ·Willingness to travel for site and project-related activities
