Client Service Executive

Job Summary:The Client Service Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional virtual assistance services, and acting as the key liaison between clients and the virtual assistance team. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Roles and Responsibilities:• Regular client communication through telephone and emails• Understand the clients, their requirements and develop a close business relationship• Act as SPOC for clients• Organizing, scheduling and liaising with our QA teams to deliver the top-notch service to clients• Timely responses and resolutions of client queries and requests to agreed SLAs• Generating revenue and working to KPIs• To work closely within the team and outside the team to complete the client tasks, quires• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.Required Skills & Qualification· 2–4 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support / Client Servicing roles · Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) · Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills · Ability to handle demanding clients with professionalism · Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities · Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office · Comfortable working in fast-paced and target-driven environments Preferred Skills· Experience in international client handling · Exposure to voice + email + chat support · Sales or upselling experience is an added advantage · Prior experience in client success / account management roles Interested Candidates can share your CV to
