Consultant/Lead - Camunda

Job Title: Consultant: CamundaJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Camunda Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in process automation and workflow management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes using the Camunda BPM platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop process models, and deploy automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and transform them into effective process designs using Camunda BPM.- Develop, test, and deploy BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in the Camunda platform.- Provide guidance and support in integrating Camunda with existing enterprise applications and systems.- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, making recommendations for improvements.- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of workflows and process automation solutions.- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in BPM and process automation technologies.Skills and Tools Required:- Strong expertise in Camunda BPM and understanding of BPMN and DMN standards.- Proficient in Java, Spring, and REST APIs for back-end development related to Camunda.- Familiarity with various integration tools and technologies, including message brokers and databases.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, including JIRA or similar project management software.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
