With close to half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.The IT Global ODC Team operates and supports a comprehensive catalogue of ODC Controls and Site Management of the ODCs. The success of the team involves working towards building and executing ODC effectiveness to optimize operational excellence and alignment with business objectives by mitigating risks and driving value through strategic partnerships.The team is focused on driving the always available bank. We are the heartbeat of the offshore delivery center in India focused on ensuring operational services remain highly available and all vendor resources are embracing the new ways of working in the ODCs while simultaneously maintaining the focus on compliance, service quality and availability, ensuring no disruption to delivery.JOB PURPOSEThe purpose of this role is to:Oversee the daily operations of the ODCs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure operational management at the ODCs are delivered as per the contract commitment, ODC Controls and aligns with the overall objective of offshoring program.Seamless functioning of the site, maintain compliance and foster a productive and secure working environment for all resources.Ensure that all resources across multiple vendors are onboarded and offboarded as per the ENBD guidelines and policies.Support and facilitate with seamless connectivity in the ODCs and act as a conduit between ENBD IT Operations and ODC IT Network team.Assist in regular audit of the ODCs and make certain all findings and observations are closed.Adherence to ODC control logs by maintaining & monitoring monthly records of the following.> EDR Compliance Report> ODC Asset Inventory> Physical Access Report> Security Patching ReportManage induction program for all new joiners on a bi-weekly basis.Assist in routematic application (transportation app) with resource geo code location, application error fixes and resolution.Identify and implement workflows to increase process optimization.Ensuring effective communication, change/Incident management and adherence to guidelines by ENBD, third-party related corporate policiesConduct ITSM trainings to all resources on a quarterly basis.Assist in colocation implementation, Squad launch, biweekly status reporting.Monitor and conduct mandatory trainings for all vendor resources and share the status updates with HR on a quarterly basis.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSProven track record of managing day-to-day operations of a facility or ODC, including resource planning, vendor management and infrastructure upkeep.Experience in managing compliance standards, audit readiness, conflict resolution.KEY REQUIREMENTSEducationIT based degree, University degree, or equivalent work experience required.Experiences8-10 years of experience on operations management, facilities management, or site administration preferably in an IT/ITES/BPO or software development environment.Ability to work in highly ambiguous environments and build solutions that could flex with the business needs and ultimately scale.Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, establishing, and tracking metrics.LocationChennai-basedWHY JOIN US?We aspire to be an employee’s employer of choice.
