This role plays a pivotal part in helping us grow our client base by generating high-quality leads for our recruiters.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research & Identification Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, Monster, and other tools to identify potential clients actively hiring. Perform detailed market research to identify new business opportunities across the USA and Canada in targeted industries.Lead Qualification Qualify leads based on company size, industry focus, geography, and hiring needs. Align identified leads with Aadhya Technologies' recruitment services and specialties.Cold Outreach & Engagement Initiate outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and social media messaging (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Build rapport with HR professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers to convert prospects into qualified leads.Client & Candidate Coordination Actively engage and nurture potential clients and candidates throughout the outreach process. Schedule meetings for sales and recruitment teams with high-potential leads.Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to refine outreach efforts and lead quality. Provide insights to continuously improve lead generation strategies.Tracking & Reporting Maintain accurate records of lead performance metrics including conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and lead quality. Analyze and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum ROI.Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry). Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead gen tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications Background in recruitment or staffing with knowledge across verticals such as IT, healthcare, finance, engineering, or pharma. Previous experience in B2B sales or client acquisition within a staffing firm is a strong plus.Ready to Join Us?
