The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.Key Responsibilities Encompass Configuration & Customization Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls. Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports. Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality. System Maintenance & Upgrades Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology. Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations. Integration Management Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking). Ensure data integrity and security across platforms. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies. Support audits and system usage reviews.Required Skills & Experience ✔ Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience ( mandatory ). ✔ Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations. ✔ Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus. ✔ ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.How to Apply:Send your resume tojobs@or apply directly via LinkedIn.
