Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivatedUS Federal Contracts Support Analystto provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts. The role will involve working closely with U.S.-based team to ensure adherence to theFederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) , and related requirements.Key Responsibilities Contract Review & Compliance Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments. Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations. Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented. Reporting & Documentation Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting). Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems. Audit & Monitoring Support Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA). Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance. Proposal & Pre-Award Support Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses. Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams. Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field. Experience:1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk. (experience with U.S. federal contracts preferred). Knowledge/Skills: Good understanding ofFAR, DFARS , and U.S. federal contracting principles. Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements). Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work EST Time zone (9AM-5PM) Prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts in an offshore/outsourcing environment. Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance restrictions. Exposure to proposal compliance reviews for government bids.
