Group Finance Director - RemoteJob Summary: The Group Finance Director will be responsible for leading the overall financial management of the organization, including financial strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in corporate finance. The role involves working closely with the executive leadership team to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability.About Organization: Our Client a leading IT Consulting company specializing in delivering innovative digital solutions, technology consulting, and outsourcing services to global clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced Group Finance Director to oversee our financial operations across multiple business units and geographies. This leadership role will be critical in shaping financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving sustainable business growth.Location:RemoteRoles and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee financial operations across group entities and global business units. Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP. Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks. Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions. Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations. Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies. Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks. Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).Role Requirements: CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification. 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management. Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry strongly preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
