Job Title : Research Associate / Sr Research Associate/ Associate ScientistDepartment: Biology- DMPK Key Responsibilities:Should expertise in handling the HPLC and LCMS along with sound knowledge on troubleshooting.Well versed with method development, validation knowledge and extraction procedures. Should handle the bioanalysis of different matrices of PK and ADME studies independently.Required good understanding of various column chemistry and its application in method development.Responsible for data integrity and good documentation practices such as recording of data in LNB and completion of studies as per requirement.Operation and maintenance of Laboratory equipment’sEnsure all the instruments are maintained in calibrated status.Maintaining the required consumables and chemicals for smoothing conduction of PK studies without delay.Required Experience & SkillsMaster’s with 2-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/ biotechnology/CRO industry in the field of Bioanalysis including NCE, peptides, nucleosides etc.Good knowledge and broad experience in Bioanalysis of various DMPK samples.Familiar with problems encountered during BA and its effective troubleshooting.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.Proficiency in computer and should have sufficient knowledge of statistics.Show a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
