With a team of tech-passionate specialists, we bring deep strategic alignment, extensive technology understanding, and world-class creative capabilities to help our partners achieve ambitious business outcomes.Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and highly accomplished Senior Design to lead the creative vision for our B2B SaaS product UX/UI initiatives and our agency’s high-impact visual communications.This role requires mastery across SaaS product design, UX/UI, design systems, visual design, motion graphics, and video editing. You will drive design excellence across multiple verticals, ensuring that all outputs meet enterprise-grade quality and align with the standards of top consulting firms and global technology brands.Key Responsibilities● Lead the end-to-end design strategy for B2B SaaS product experiences and enterprise-grade digital interfaces.● Oversee the creation of high-quality visual communication assets including UI/UX, brand design, motion graphics, video content, and presentations.● Build, scale, and maintain comprehensive design systems to support product and marketing design.● Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product vision, design direction, and creative standards.● Review, critique, and elevate design work across teams while ensuring brand consistency and executional excellence.● Mentor, develop, and guide a team of designers (junior to senior-level), fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.● Present creative rationale and design decisions confidently to internal stakeholders, executive teams, and client partners.● Drive efficiency and quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Role Requirements● 8–10 years of professional design experience with a strong and diverse portfolio featuring SaaS UX/UI, visual design, brand design, and motion graphics.● Minimum 3 years in senior role within design.● Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Video Editing and presentation design (PPT).● Strong skills in animation, compositing, visual effects, and motion typography.● Understanding of UI/UX motion principles; experience with Lottie/vector animations is a plus.● Demonstrated experience designing and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise technology products.● A portfolio that includes complex, end-to-end product design solutions and robust design systems.● Experience working with, or having design work recognized by, top-tier consulting firms or major enterprise technology providers.● Familiarity with engineering workflows and modern design-to-development ecosystems.● Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to defend design decisions to executive and client stakeholders.● Ability to lead, inspire, and uphold quality standards within a high-performance design team.
