Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bettiah. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable financial products and solutions. Daily tasks include client interaction, processing loan applications, ensuring timely disbursements, and managing client accounts. The Relationship Manager will also work towards achieving business targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage client relationships effectively Experience in financial products, banking, or microfinance Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for financial services Graduate degree in finance, business, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Ability to work on-site in Bettiah
